HAWX 2 Forum FLAMING!!!!!

So....since the first HAWX was horrible....and UBI FAIL decided to troll a shit load of us by making built in data as "DLC" which cost money for us to "download"
(I think they need a dictionary to explain what the hell is DLC)

A large group of players, including myself, decided to troll everyone that supports HAWX 2 on the official forum, not by cursing or trash talking but just by debating with rich supports and details :D

so far, we got a lot of "Hawxistans" mad, which is a good thing in reality

I laughed, really really hard.
He even said that the Mig-21 is not a modern fighter jet.....wtf? most built and still in use today

Back to School......

So...first day of school....was hopping that all of my teachers will be awesome like last year, except one...

First period was US History!!!
Wasn't really worrying about the teacher because most of the history teachers are awesome!!!
Walked into the room, first thing I saw, fixed gear! second thing I saw, poster with lots of jets!
Teacher was really nice and chill :D

Second period was Pre-Cal
Knowing the room was one of those portable class rooms, I was relaxed because most of the teachers in those rooms are coaches!
Walked in, no one was there 0_o
right before the bell rang, he walked into the room : )
He introduced himself a little bit, and apparently, he was a hand to hand combat instructor during the Vietnam War but he looks only 40ish !

Third period was Physics, I skipped Chemistry :D
Teacher was kinda old but nice, nothing was really special@@

Fourth period = Art 1
The teacher went to one of the Italy's top institute of art, forgot the name, some long Italian name @@
Funniest thing he told us, when he was in Italy, he told his prof that he hates abstract arts.
His prof asked him why, he said, "Well, they are for people who can't paint and whoever buys the artworks are retards"  lol
but yea, that was at the beginning

5th and 6th......don't even want to talk about them.....

    During the Cold War era, the Soviet Union needed a transport that's big enough to carry their space shuttle Buran. Having to be the largest transport aircraft manufacture, the Antonove Design Bureau was giving the task to build an aircraft that's able to carry Buran.

The An-225 is now part of the Antonov Airline which transport over sized cargo that no other airliners can carry.

Few days ago, I was discussing how horrible the tracking services for USPS was.
The way how it's always Electronic Shipping Info Received until few hours before your package arrive.

Remembered when I was looking for airsoft guns, I came across a video about the DSR-1.
All the sudden, I realized that I totally forgot that the monopod also has two sections.

I tried to pull it out but couldn't....
Went to the ARES website and tried to open the manual but it was taking way too long.
So I used the fine adjustment first and saw the teeth on the monopod, then I just pushed the fine adjustment ring to the same way the teeth are pointing and got the monopod out.

F-14B Tomcat VS Su-37 Terminator

Yesterday, I was kinda bored.
Decided to jump on Over-G to increase my dogfighting skill.
Couldn't decide what to fly, then I saw my Aviator glasses which reminded me of Top Gun.
So I chose the F-14B and since I want to increase my skill, I chose the Su-37 as my opponent.

Suhkois are known to be one of the most maneuverable aircrafts on the planet. F-22 won't even be able the catch up with it. The Su-37 features 3D thrust vectoring, canards and tail mounted radar.

Anyway.....It was a tough fight, lasted about 6 minutes.

Russians Reentering Their Space Program With A BANG!

Russians are reentering their space program.
Other than launch spacecrafts from the back of the Antonov-225, the Russians are also researching and developing NUCLEAR POWERED ROCKETS!
Yes, NUCLEAR POWERED. The rockets is set to be lighter but faster than the conventional chemical rockets that we use today.
This will allow us, human, to travel deep into space. As of now, the target is set to be Mars, the only planet that can be suitable for life to exist, and for us to migrate.

So yea, Ubifail decided to make another HAWX and it is coming out on the 7th of September.
Physic doesn't make any sense......
Planes don't match with real life......

After 5 Mins of Blowing......

So....most airsoft guns have orange tips for safety.
Well, some time, these tips are just screwed on to the barrel or screwed on the barrel.
But some time...they are SUPER GLUED ON just like my DSR-1.....
The DSR-1 also came with the .338 Lapua Magnum flash hider, so I decided to put it on....
I grabbed a blow dryer and putted it on full throttle for 5 mins to melt the glue.....
and them grabbed a wrench and twisted the orange flash hider off....

Then, gently screw on the .338 Lapua Magun Flash hider!

Friend came over with a gigantic box.

Went up stair to my room and opened the box together......
BOX: ARES DSR No.1 (yes....my favorite sniper)
When we opened the box, it was....nuketastic!

The package includes the rifle, 3.5~10x50 real sniper scope, aluminum scope mount, .338 Lapua Magnum flash hider and the manual. The gun also have a built on bipod and monopod.

After putting everything together, except the flash hider since I'm having trouble taking it off...

The safety and magazine release are both ambidextrous 

The scope is also red/green illuminated or you can just leave it black.

The stock is adjustable, so does the cheek rest.

There's also a monopod in the stock.

Will have more pictures once I get the .338 flash hider on!

Ace Combat: Assault Horizon Announced !

Ace Combat, with more than 10 million copies sold world wide, has announced the newest title, Assault Horizon.
Everything is uncleared right now but rumors have been around since 2008 when Namco was recruiting artists and voice actors. This means that they have been working on this game for more than two years.

I think this is going to be the field that I'm going to airsoft at~~~

Supreme Commander 2 Dominating Noobs

As most RTS games, there's always a way to "rush."
In Supreme Commander 2, people love to do bomber rush for what ever stupid reason.
They just build a base and make a bunch of bombers and rush at you.

What's the point of rushing? You won't even be able to enjoy 99% of the game.

For those of you that wants to enjoy the game, the best thing to do is to build anti-air units and shields all over the place. At the same time, generate as much resource as possible.

Once you are able to defend the first few waves, start building defensive units/buildings and long range attacking units/builds. This allows you to continue defensing your base and prevent your opponent from hitting you with long range artilleries. You can now do whatever you want and enjoy the game~~~

The best way to practice will be 1 vs 3 against 3 Hard or Cheating AIs.

When I was boosting for kills to get the achievements, I played solid defensive but started the same way. AIs do bomber rushes at you also.

In the end, it turned out to be something like this.......

XBOX Indie Game: Beat Hazard

What is Indie Games?
Indie Games are games made by individual game developers.
They may or may not be professionals, so the the quality of the games can be extremely good or horrible.

Beat Hazard is a 2D "music based shooting game."
The rounds fired from you will change its color and power (damage), according to the "BEAT" of the song. It's kinda addicting. You can also import your own music from your XBOX or by linking your XBOX to your computer's Windows Media Player Library.

GHOST

    Since I'm starting to get into airsoft, I might as well as getting some "tactical" apparels that I can also use for Halloween and other Cosplay events or maybe regular clothing. Modern Warfare 2 was a pretty big hit, and many tries to dress up like ghost but only few succeeded due to the limited quantity of high quality gears that are similar to Ghost's outfit. So...I decided to dress up like Ghost.....

    Will, since I live in Cali, I'm going to make some changes. I'm going to get khaki 5.11 tactical pants and tan Altama Desert Combat Boots. I can also use both of them for regular daily clothings. For the chest rigs, I'm just going to get a cheap Condor Molle Chest rigs. I already have Condor Soft Shel Jacket and the Skull Balaclave. For the glasses I have found some cheap glasses but might as well find something that can actually protect my eyes. Right now I'm looking into revision HellFly which is somewhere around $50. The biggest problem will be the headset. The Comtac headset is like.......$400+, which I don't think I won't get it.

Tom Clancy's HAWX

HAWX is a flying game made and published by Ubisoft or known as "Ubifail"
Few years ago, due to the popularity of Ace Combat 6 by Namco, Ubisoft announced that they are going to make a flying game to compete with Ace Combat. They even announced that it's going to be a flight sim.

So...players waited, after four delays and the released day was postponed for like 10 months.
The crappiest flight sim was released. The game was not a sim at all.........
Physics were horrible, many models of the planes were wrong, downloadable contents were fucking built in, horrible story line, with only one type of online game mode.
Anyway...the whole thing was just.....wrong.......

Since I already got the game at the time, so I decided might as well play this game like an arcade which I did and turned out to be fun.

I recorded a couple of my online battle against people I don't know at all and they...generally suck...

SAT Tutoring for the Summer~~~

So~~~
I started taking SAT class to prepare for my upcoming SAT test at Oxford Tutoring.
The classes are pretty much divided into three days and two sections for each.
Tuesday = Math + Workshop
Thursday = English + Workshop
Friday = Practice Test + Review
Workshop is pretty much time that you can use to ask any questions or do your homework.

Math class is pretty easy since it only goes up to Basic Geometry for SAT, and I'm taking Pre-Calcules next year. Only thing I need to pay attention on is to not rush and check my answers. English is the part I need to work on a little bit due to massive amount of vocabularies. My grammar is good and essay is good if I know what to write.

The Math teacher is pretty chill, he knows I work through the problems really fast and often finish both my classwork and homework before everyone. Yes, I'm bragging. Every time he'll just give me some extra stuff just to keep me busy. He always says,"What are you going to practice over the week if you finish your homework?" I just answer.....IDK.....

My English teacher is chill too but she often just lectures three hours straight until lunch break which leads me to eat a foot long Philly Cheese steak sandwich with jalapeño and olive. Oh and since I started the class a week late so I have to make up some homework for English. There's a lot of homework but it's manageable.

I took a practice test last week and got 1600s. This week I got 1870! Only missed 3 on math because I rushed~~~~~

Forza Motorsport 3－Drifting

Forza Motorsport 3 is a simulation racing game, but it's not just any simulation racing game.
Started out in 2005 on XBOX and soon became the biggest rival for Grand Turismo on PS.
(Grand Turismo started years before Forza.)

Unlike GT, who used a bunch of not in game footage for advertisements, Forza chose to use game footages and only game footages for all of their trailers and advertisements. The amazing graphic gave Forza a big push on the market.

Wanting to try something new.....

So....I've always been into military jets and sniper rifles, but I know that i can't be a fighter pilot nor a sniper in real life since my eye sights are not perfect.....
and also the risks of been a fighter pilot or sniper

Since I can't be a pilot, I just play flight simulation, which I'm pretty good at.

I've been looking into airsoft since beginning of last year.
What is airsoft?
Airsoft is....well....in general...people shooting at each other with guns that fires 6mm rounded plastic rounds called BBs.
The BBs are fired by springs, air or gas depends on what ever the gun is powered by.

Last year, I was pretty much just dreaming about it since I didn't have enough money to buy anything. As the result, I started saving money, buy less or used games and so on.
I also checked a few local stores around my area and came across Airsoft GI and Evike.
They are both pretty big and famous, carrying many different types of guns from many big and small airsoft companies. I couldn't decide which gun I should get so I looked through the entire inventory......yes....entire inventory....

The first gun I saw was this modified M4

It's only $170 but the outside is completely plastic which gives it a crappy feel.
The FPS is pretty low, so the range for this gun is short, and I will eventually upgrade it.
So why spent extra on upgrading a plastic gun when you can get a nice full metal Airsoft Eletric Gun?

I waited a few more months and found this really nice gun that I'll never need to upgrade.
The Daniel Defense SOPMOD rifle from Socom Gear.

Now....this gun is $350, but it's full metal and comes with a flash hider that amplifies the sound.
This gun fires at 440FPS gives it a pretty good range.
The highest FPS you can go up to in airsoft events is 500FPS.
This means that I don't need to upgrade this gun.
This one also looks much better than the previous one.

Now....lets go back in time for a bit.
I asked my mom can I play airsoft a few months before, she said it's okay as long as I wear protection gears.
So then I asked my cousin can I buy the gun since he's pretty much the one who's taking care of me. He told me his fine but I have to ask my mom and then my aunt (I live with my aunt). I called my mom she said no......so...I was kinda mad since....she said yes on playing but no on buying the guns and renting a gun = not possible. After a few minutes of debating, she said she'll talk to my cousin, then now my cousin told me that my aunt has to say yes. My aunt wasn't home for the passed few days since she went back to Taiwan and just came back. I think I'll ask her sometime between now and Sunday and hopefully she'll say yes.........

Between the time.....I was still looking and other guns, specially the sniper rifles.
There was one that I've always loved but sold out way before I started looking.
That's right, my favorite sniper rifle, DSR-1.
Apparently, both Airsoft GI and Evike restocked it few days ago.....so right now....I want to get the DSR-1.

It's made by ARES in HongKong and ARES is the ELITE or 1337 for those of you.......at making airsoft sniper rifles. They also made the Cheytac Intervention M-200 and the PGM.

Well....anyway.....the gun costs $800...only have $400 right now....
We'll see what will happen....

Designed and built by AMP Tech
The DSR-1 is one of the special sniper rifle.
It uses the bullpop design which means that the magazine is behind the trigger and has free-floating barrel. The DSR-1 is primarily used by the German counter terrorist unit and European police special forces.

It uses the .300/.308 Winchester, .338 Lapua Magnum and .50 BGM rounds.
The gun's overall length is about 990mm and weights about 5.9kg.
The barrel length is 660mm which is the same as the M40.
The gun fires semi-auto.

The gun is extremely accurate with only .20 inch bullet drop at 100 yards.
